RECRUITMENT ROOKIE

About the Role

  • Bending over backwards to support our doctors and clients
  • Supporting a recruitment consultant with managing their desks
  • Nurturing existing candidate relationships
  • Business development – always finding different opportunities for our doctors
  • Headhunting for new active doctors
  • Servicing clients demands and critical shift filling
  • Research on locum locations for the BG website
  • Onboarding new doctors with scrubs, adding to socials making and posting ID badge and making the welcome pack
  • Communicating clearly with active candidates – Telephone, SMS and Email
  • Communicating with colleagues to ensure the doctors compliance and payroll is in order
  • Updating doctors references and ensuring the database is well maintained
  • Researching and brainstorming content for the website and community
  • Providing new doctors full support with onboarding and initial compliance
  • Reporting to senior recruitment consultant and Compliance manager
  • Full training and support provided
  • Aim for promotion to consultant after 6 – 12 months based on performance
  • Starting salary circa $60k package plus bonus structure

About You

  • Hunger to create a name for yourself in the healthcare recruitment sector 
  • Exceptional customer service skills / sales experience 
  • Ability to speak to people at all levels of seniority
  • Ability to work in a close team
  • Selfstarter, ability to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Effective communication skills across all levels
  • Fun, personable and motivated 
  • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Experience with Google Apps for business would be an advantage

COMPLIANCE NINJA

About the Role

  • Bending over backwards to support our doctors and clients
  • Multitasking numerous doctors at different stages of the process
  • Responding to urgent requests in the office
  • Managing expectations around paperwork that changes day by day
  • Communicating clearly to doctors in stressful situations
  • Logging on afterhours to assist doctors requests
  • Ability to build relationships with different personalities and backgrounds
  • Starting asap
  • Full support and training provided
  • Working closely with our compliance manager

About You

 

*** Essential *** Medical compliance experience required (Hospital/GP/Agency)

  • Super organised with experience managing critical deadlines and the ability to multitask 
  • Effective communication skills across all levels
    Fun, personable and motivated 
  • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Experience with Google Apps for business would be an advantage
